    • To secure your booking date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

    • Deposits are non-refundable and your booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

    • The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior to your scheduled setup. No exceptions will be made.

    • Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date will result in your booking being canceled.

    • A travel and/or parking fee will be added to your total. Fees start at $25 and may increase depending on the hotel location, parking requirements, and accessibility.

    • All payments are non-refundable.

    • Deposits may be transferred toward a new booking if the client cancels at least 7 days before the event date and reschedules within 30 days, based on availability.

    • Vees Creations is not responsible for décor that is moved, damaged, or altered by guests, hotel staff, venue staff, or any third party after setup is completed.

    • The hotel room must be reserved and fully paid for by the client prior to the scheduled setup.

    • The client must be fully checked into the hotel before the decorator arrives.

    • For safety and to ensure an efficient setup, no guests are permitted in the room during the decorating process.

    • Please add the decorator’s name to your hotel reservation so access can be provided upon arrival.

    • Setups typically take 2–3 hours, depending on the package and complexity of the décor. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

    • Photos of the completed setup will be sent once the décor installation has been completed.

    • Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking for all last-minute setups.

    • Bookings made within 7 days or less of the event date are subject to a $55 late booking fee.

    • Bookings made within 3 days of the event date are subject to a $100 late booking fee.
